While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Got the product I wanted at the best price I could find. Slight mix up on delivery date and pedestal came later but sorted out OK and very good customer service. Would give 4 out of 5 given mix up but 5 out of 5 if it were not for that. Would definitly reccommend and go back if I need anything in future.
