I was really pleased that MyTub was able to supply a Mira Tile Upstand Kit at such a good price £19.92 as opposed to the £28.70 RRP. However, I was most unhappy about having to pay the relatively high £12.50 VAT delivery charge. Jeanette at Mytub, though, told me that I could avoid paying for delivery by collecting the item from my local Plumbcenter store. This was no bother as it was only about 1.5 miles from my home.
Not wishing to pay the £12.50 VAT delivery charge, I might well have purchased the item from another internet store had Jeanette not mentioned Mytubs collection arrangement with Plumbcenter. Perhaps Mytub should publicise this arrangement more on their website.
Overall, Mytub provides an excellent and very helpful service.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .

I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. Fast response to the request for lead time, simple order processing and blisteringly fast delivery. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks.
