I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.

Delighted with delivery timescale for the item I ordered which I could not get anywhere else under 4 weeks. myTub a bit more pricey though
