I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.
Thanks

Very good, fast service. Order delivered next day.
Only one note: a professional looking invoice in PDF format would be better than the simple e-mail invoice

Hello
If you login to your account then goto "my orders" click on the order you need details of and you will find a print invoice link which is just what I think your looking for.

Hi Laurie
They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!
Thanks again to you and your colleagues.
