Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. Top notch for parts accuracy and delivery! I had a broken Mira shower constantly leaking. Other suppliers quoted 23 week delivery obsolete model, sir. MyTub found the part and promised 48 hour delivery for an extra £10 it was deivered the next day. Highly recommended.

Service: Excellent, I was kept informed of delivery dates, and item arrived early on the day specified.
Product: This was a replacement part for a bolier timer. The picture on your site was the same as the original, but the one sent to me was different. I assumed it was a more recent part, and as it was the same size and had same connections, I have fitted and it works fine. So not an issue at all but might be worth mentioning this on the site, and changing the picture.
Desktop website was easy to use.
