Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast.
