Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.

I got the item okay - very prompt - and the courier did not seem to need a signature so put it through the letterbox as I had asked. Thank you.

Im very happy with the service from MyTub. They were instrumental in obtaining an obsolete part for my boiler that was cosmetically important for our property renovation. many thanks and I will certainly use your service again.
