First-class service : helpful, friendly, personal and effective. My only concern is that basin was delivered "bare" not in a cardboard box, or similar and the protective plastic film that should have protected the edges of the basin was perforated or torn in places it will not be clear until the basin is removed from its plastic wrap whether any cosmetic damage was incurred as a result.

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.
