I cannot praise the service at MyTub highly enough. I was looking for an obsolete part for a Baxi fire and they were able to onfirm that they had one in stock.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service, but when I contacted Customer Service at MyTub to enquire, Christine chased up the courier and I received the part 2 days later.
I would certainly use them again.

Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I was well informed about the progress of the order and received a telephone call to check and confirm the delivery date which was useful.

Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. I put my email address in and ask for another password, but nothing is sent to my inbox. Ive done this atleast 3 times Can you clarify what im doing wrong Thank you.
