I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again.

Excellent service Prompt response. Keeps you updated at every stage. Couldnt fault it. However I didnt pay attention. Because it showed two items I wrongly assumed two were being supplied . It clearly says the price is for one! Lesson learned, Ill be ordering another.😃

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery".
