When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
