Great service and amazing prices at least 10% cheaper than a few other sites I tried. Will definitely use myTub again.
The delivery was on time - particularly like the regular email updates to let me know how the order is progressing.

Product is fine & has been fitted - only complaint is that it was delivered the day before that agreed & as noboby was in it was left propped up outside.

Was surprised by the lead time on our order of Twyfords bathroom furniture and sanitary ware but think this is down to Twyfords rather than MyTub. The order processing was very smooth and we preferred to receive the whole order in one delivery and on the date predicted. Delivery was on time and courteous. We especially appreciated the help of the support team to help process a return and credit of a faulty shower tray. Steve really adopted a personal touch to argue our case with Twyford and the refund was effected with minimal effort from us.

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. I have already recommended you to other people.
