Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.
