Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. After ordering a toilet seat that was not for a standard sized toilet bowl that didnt fit. Your customer service was exceptional. A new seat was sent out and the other one picked up for me very quickly. It is so good nowadays to get help and advice that is needed. Well done!
Although in no way your fault, I think next time I might be better changing my toilet so a standard seat will fit, rather than replacing a seat at £92.

The order was processed quickly and delivered on the day which was emailed to me.
The address given to the driver via the delivery note did not however have the correct house number. Im sure I printed the address correctly. The driver phoned me and I was able to give the correct house number.
Overall Im happy with the service. Thank you.

The item wasnt delivered when they said it would be but once I queried it, the communnication was spot on from there and they were very apologetic and i now have a working toilet again so cant complain too much!!
