The service was good and I was able to pick up the goods as arranged. I thought it was good to be given the chance of picking up myself, and not having to pay the delivery charge. Parts were as expected - which isn't always the case with online purchases! Also the order was available quicker than expected

I ordered 2 Merrychef oven protectors. One of them arrived having leaked and dried chemicals on outside of the bottle. They were both filthy dirty too. However I contacted My Tub about the half empty bottle and, once back in stock, sent me a replacement with no argument. I wasnt impressed with the initial delivery and it had been dumped down quite quickly before it could be checked, however, I was pleased with the customer service response so will continue to use My Tub

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The PEGLER 12inch COLD QT CARTRIDGE 814043 and the PEGLER 12inch HOT QT CARTRIDGE 814042 arrived safely at 08.30hrs on the date specified. Unfortunately there were no fitting instructions supplied. You might argue that the fitting of these cartridges should be self explanatory. Well.... the cold cartridge has a groove around the shank.... it also has a "red" seal at the bottom.... Now "red", to my simple mind, is normally associated with the "hot" water supply. Pegler did produce a fitting instruction leaflet.... which I rescued from the rubbish left by the installers who fitted my new bathroom some ten years ago. Had I not done so I feel that I would easily have made the mistake of fitting them the wrong way round. Simply labelling each cartridge as either hot or cold, or with the spe
