My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you.
