I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged
