Thermocouple was fine but I thought the package & post costs of £5.99 could be better, I am sure you could improve on it.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! I did wonder when I had an e-mail delaying delivery confirmation for a week, but 3 days later delivery was was confirmed and Sunvic valve and actuator arrived on the day quoted. I will have no hesitation in buying from you again.

This is the second time I have purchased through Mytub, and I have to say the service is excellent. There was a slight delay with the order, as it was an older part, so had to be requested from one of their branches, nevertheless, I received an email everyday with and update and dispatch details, and then a follow up to ensure I had received it. I will definitely use Mytub again, and would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, the item I ordered was expensive, however, Mytub was also the cheapest site to order from. 5 stars!
