Thank you for giving me an accurate delivery date on the day of my order. The item arrived on the day expected and is as described. You are one of my trusted companies to buy from.

Pleased with prices but delivery should be free for all items if you're ordering over £25, not just random parts. Also, delivery estimate should be available before you buy,

Very good service. My only suggestion would be to give some idea of delivery time - even just morning or afternoon would be a help.

I would like to say a big thank you to Steve for sorting out my order. It was my error completely by an error on my email address. Steve was cool, calm extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely buy from My Tub again

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them.
