The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you.

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again.
