Though probably not your fault but your suppliers I have always found Daikin to be crap at everything they do, delivery time was past a joke order 7 dec receive 9 jan.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Product, price and feedback to customer were excellent but delivery contractor was unreliable. Delivery was eventually two days later than originally promised.

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.
