Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Brilliant communication throughout. We got a message after ordering and paying that the item was no longer stocked but that they had sourced it from the manufacturer and would be able to fulfil the order. We then were updated re dispatch and delivery. First class!
