I was very impressed by the fact that the swing arm which Id ordered arrived within 24 hours of your receiving the order made on Saturday on the Monday morning. Our plumber would have been happier if it had been accompanied by suitable boltsscrews to fix it with but that wasnt actually a problem.
Thank you very much for your helpful web site and excellent service.

Thanks for quick delivery - and conscientious messages to and fro regarding part out of stock.
Here in the West of Scotland quick delivery times are few and far between - with delays and excuses normally the order of the day!
All this is much appreciated and we will certainly use your company again in the future.
Kind regards, Lori and Roger

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
