I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Very pleased with the products. Was able to put the on my existing gas fire with no problem. I was relieved I could still get replacement coals as my fire is over 10 years old. Slight confusion regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly.

Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.

22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
