We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company.

Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.
