After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed .

I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Delivery was quickly rearranged but it was more convenient for me to collect from a local depot. Thanks.
