Good website and good communication - Delivery came on time - Packing could have been better as its a delicate bath panel and it was only padded at both ends but the edge, top and bottom, wasnt protected and there is slight damage a dent along the top but luckily it does not show when fitted, as long as it doesnt make the bath panel susceptible to cracking at a later stage.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Service: Excellent, I was kept informed of delivery dates, and item arrived early on the day specified.
Product: This was a replacement part for a bolier timer. The picture on your site was the same as the original, but the one sent to me was different. I assumed it was a more recent part, and as it was the same size and had same connections, I have fitted and it works fine. So not an issue at all but might be worth mentioning this on the site, and changing the picture.
Desktop website was easy to use.

Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.
