Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Vendor delivered exactly as promised. I’ll use this supplier again.

Super, start to finish.
I have been sold an obsolete part at a discount. Located and despatched within an hour. Excellent.
You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.

It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering. After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .
Still pleased with My Tub and will order again in future.
