Found the service good with no issues receiving the order.
I did however, when looking for the components by name the item was not so easy to find.
I did have the manufactures catalog and was able to search by product code which worked well.

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.
