Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.

The goods you ordered are specialist commercial and not a common item. I also see there where 3 items to your order but only one was stock checked which maybe the result in your disappointment, I am sorry you have been inconvenienced.
Our notes system logs you in and takes you to where you reply from a one click link in the email.

The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.
