I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....

Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. I was looking for an old fashioned brass bib tap without a threaded spout. Never thought I was going to locate one. Eventually found a part number for one and searched on line. Mytub was up there on the few sites providing results, went to their site, bought it and it arrived exactly when Mytub said it would. Its now fitted and weve just had a cup of tea with the water from it. Job done! Thanks Mytub. Ill definitely be using you again....
