The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Each communication has been responded to quickly and efficiently. Peter.
