I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Top marks for customer support. New bath arrived with a couple of scuff marks on it. Contacted MyTub - staff were very helpful and the marked tub was picked up later that same day. New tub arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Nice bath and excellent service. Thanks.

Order arrived very quickly. The basket looks good and is now up in the shower. I bought it because it said rustproof and has a 15 year guarantee. It will take time to assess this but Is brass with a chrome finish so it should be fine.

Hi, Im sorry but I am not very impressed with the speed of your service.
I placed my order on the 18th October, I had a totally different part delivered last week even though the paperwork had the right part description on it. I phoned the number on the delivery note and I was told the correct part would come the next day - it didnt, & it didnt come the day after that either so I phoned again and was told they had to re-order and it would be with me by Monday this week - it wasnt, I waited until Thursday and had to phone them again - the part is in the warehouse and apparently it will be with me tomorrow!
