The Honeywell CM927 Programmer ordered via MyTub worked absolutely fine once the binding process had been initiated twice, this with the original RF receiver.
The service provided by MyTub was within the scheduled delivery time.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Thank you in anticipation of your help, Bruce Powell.

I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Thank you I received my order Monday 31 October as notified.
I hope thiis lasts longer than the original bracket which broke a week out of guarantee. I think there must have been a fault and the chrome must have covered up the fault in the casting.
