Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate.

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. Very pleased with the service and communication throughout the sourcing, order and delivery process
