Absolutely great service. There was a problem with a delayed delivery date on my order and mytub pulled out all the stops to re-arrange order. Really great that you can chat to them directly - and within 3 rings.
Many, many thanks for saving my building project..

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.
Kind Regards
