I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.
