I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.
