I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Excellent communication system - my order had quite a number of lines on it so several deliveries.
My only small criticism is with the plumb centre order picking - all small items were just dumped into one big plastic bag, thus a large number of pipe fittings, inserts of various sizes etc all loose together in one bag. When we de-kitted and checked the contents to the delivery note there were a couple of shortages.
Again, comms with yourselves was very good during process. Issue resolved as I just walked up to the plumb centre branch and picked up the shortages.
Otherwise, will certainly recommend mytub in the future and likely use yourselves again.

I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks.

I was impressed and would recommend mytub. Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. I was kept me up to date with my order process via emails. A company that deserves to do well.
