I picked up my goods from Plumb&Parts at Unit 29 & 30 Anniesland Village Business Park Glasgow G13 1AY as directed. This was all very efficient thank you but unfortunately the coal matrix was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. I am awaiting this part. The service so far has been very satisfactory and the part should arrive within the next day or so.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.
