There was no photo of the item I was looking to purchase, and within 10 mins the customer service team had uploaded a photo - really helpful and quick delivery turnaround.

Excellent service. Very fast responding to my email enquiries and order was very well packaged and delivered promptly. Will definitely be using mytub as often as we are able to for future orders.

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

Order arrived on date as promised. Was the cheapest source. No time indicated when will arrive hence was not available to receive but order left in local plumb shop to collect. Thank you. Will use again.

Great service, genuine parts and arrived on time. Very friendly staff. Please add images assigned to products on your website as not always we know the part number were looking for.
Thank you.

Just what we wanted, cheapest supplier we could find on the web and delivered on the day advised. Very happy and would use them again without hesitation.

Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
On finding the unit, the site said it would update me as to availability, which it duly did, and then delivered next day, not bad !! Very simple to use and quick with it.
