Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved. Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good. I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future.
