Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The prices were very competitive,and although the order was delivered correctly on the day promised, it was well over three weeks after the order was placed. This is very unusual in this day and age, and there was no indication before I placed the order that delivery times might be that long. I will make sure I enquire about delivery times BEFORE I place an order in future - had I known, I would probably have looked elsewhere to see if there qwas a supplier who could deliver more quickly - even if it cost a little more.
