After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Ordered 3 bottle gulley plugs that weren’t in stock but I knew about, was kept uptodate of when my order was to be delivered and it was exactly on time , would use My Tub again for parts, well pleased with them

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts.
