The lady who dealt with my enquiry and order was very helpfully and sorted out the best option for me. The order arrived quickly with no problems and at a good price, thank you.

Service I received was fine and prompt. I'm not a great consumer of you products, merely D.I.Y. but would use you again.

The pump supplied is the wrong one, waiting for it to be collected and the correct one supplied.

While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.
Thank you.
