Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Significant stock issues leading to late delivery and delays to my build. Very unsatisfactory.
Also, the need to send emails via your web interface is annoying if you are not at a computer trying to do it from blackberry.

The goods you ordered are specialist commercial and not a common item. I also see there where 3 items to your order but only one was stock checked which maybe the result in your disappointment, I am sorry you have been inconvenienced.
