My order was del professionally, It was not a straight forward product but I was
kept up to date with progress which did not take more than a few hours,
I got the impression this is a company that doesnt wait for a complaint before sorting out a problem,

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I found the Company MyTub very helpful, well priced and after my electrician found he diid not need the part, only an hour after I had placed the order, they canceled the order without a fuss. I shall certainly place them at the top of my list for future plumbing parts. B.rgds
