The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks.

Unfortunately the products I ordered arrived broken and I emailed your office for advice. I received a reply almost straight away and a repeat order was sent to Canterbury for me to pick up.

I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.
