Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery.

This is the second time I have purchased through Mytub, and I have to say the service is excellent. There was a slight delay with the order, as it was an older part, so had to be requested from one of their branches, nevertheless, I received an email everyday with and update and dispatch details, and then a follow up to ensure I had received it. I will definitely use Mytub again, and would recommend them to anyone. Additionally, the item I ordered was expensive, however, Mytub was also the cheapest site to order from. 5 stars!

First class service and price! I ordered the cistern lunchtime Tuesday and it was delivered 9.30 am Thursday. I was kept up-to-date on progress of the order at regular intervals.The price, including delivery, was easily the cheapest I could find.
