Best price for the shower part we needed and it arrived very promptly too - great communication keeping us aware at every stage of what was happening. Now our daughter can have her own shower back so wont need to use our ensuite at 6.00a.m. - many thanks!

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there.
